Product Overview

The GELON Vacuum Pre-sealing Machine GN-HS200V is specially designed for the vacuum pre-sealing process of pouch cell batteries after electrolyte filling and aging. The equipment integrates vacuum extraction and thermal sealing functions to effectively remove gas inside the pouch cell and achieve reliable sealing of aluminum laminated film packaging.

The machine adopts a vacuum chamber structure with upper and lower sealing heads. During operation, the chamber creates a negative pressure environment, and the heated sealing head softens the aluminum-plastic film through thermal conduction to complete the sealing process. The sealing pressure can be adjusted through a pressure regulating valve to meet different battery process requirements.

With compact design, excellent vacuum retention capability, and glove box compatibility, GN-HS200V is suitable for lithium battery laboratories, pilot production lines, and pouch cell manufacturing applications requiring stable and precise pre-sealing performance.
