Product Description
This device uses the manipulator left and right to move, in the two poles limit to pick up the electrode material, in the middle position alternately put the materials to stack, and simultaneously completes the Z-shaped folding of separator during the left and right movement. So back and forth to finish the entire core's stacking and assembling.
The manipulator adopts linear servo motion module achieving high speed, smooth and accuracy. Separator put materials with constant tension, and in the process of putting materials, there is a correction mechanism to control the neatly consistent discharge. The electrode silo adopts linear servo motion module to convert different electrode sheets.
