【Core Technical Advantages】

Micrometer-Level Precision Control: The servo motor drives a ball screw wedge mechanism for exact gap adjustment. Combined with an HMI touch screen, it offers a fine-tuning range of 0~100μm and an incredible display accuracy of 0.001mm.

Heavy-Duty 9Cr3Mo Rollers: Equipped with Φ210mm × 330mm premium 9Cr3Mo steel rollers, deep quenched (≥18mm) and chrome-plated (≥0.18mm) to achieve an ultra-high surface hardness of HRC66-68. This guarantees zero deformation under high-pressure continuous calendering.

Intelligent Constant Pressure System: Adopts an electric-hydraulic pump system that maintains constant pressure and limited clearance. The automated boosting system is fully controlled via the HMI interface, greatly reducing manual workload while ensuring stable pressure delivery.

Smooth & Flawless Transmission: The upper and lower rollers are independently driven by universal couplings and a cycloidal pin gear reducer, eliminating impact or crawling during continuous or intermittent operations.

2.This equipment adopts a ball screw wedge gap adjustment structure to adjust the gap between the calendering rolls, and the calendering speed is adjusted by a frequency converter to achieve stepless speed regulation.

Performance

1.Electrode calendering method: Using a continuous roller calendering method with gaps and pre-pressure; Pre-pressure adopts hydraulic pressure method, using oil constant pressure and limited clearance working mode, and generating oil pressure through electric boosting method.

2. Calendering transmission method: The upper and lower rollers are driven separately using universal couplings, and the electrodes run smoothly without impact or crawling during continuous coating or gap coating during calendering.

Functions

1. The overall casting of the mouth shaped 45 # steel frame of this machine has a large sliding block structure and a high bearing capacity on the shaft.

2. Adopting a constant pressure and limited gap pressing method, the pressure is stable, the roller has high cylindricity, the calendering force is large, the calendered electrode is uniform, and the deformation is small. Greatly improve production efficiency and reduce personnel workload.

3. The electric boosting system adjusts and controls the lifting of the oil cylinder through the touch screen of the human-machine interface to drive the lifting of the roller under calendering.

4. Constant pressure automatic control, adjusting the roller oil pressure through the human-machine interface.

5. The movement value of the calendering is displayed on the human-machine interface screen.

2. Lubricate the moving parts of the gear with oil to maintain smooth movement.
