Heavy-Duty 9Cr3Mo Rollers: Equipped with Φ210mm × 330mm premium 9Cr3Mo steel rollers, deep quenched (≥18mm) and chrome-plated (≥0.18mm) to achieve an ultra-high surface hardness of HRC66-68. This guarantees zero deformation under high-pressure continuous calendering.
Intelligent Constant Pressure System: Adopts an electric-hydraulic pump system that maintains constant pressure and limited clearance. The automated boosting system is fully controlled via the HMI interface, greatly reducing manual workload while ensuring stable pressure delivery.
Smooth & Flawless Transmission: The upper and lower rollers are independently driven by universal couplings and a cycloidal pin gear reducer, eliminating impact or crawling during continuous or intermittent operations.

1. Before each work, carefully wipe the surfaces of the two rollers with a dust-free cloth dipped in alcohol to maintain cleanliness. 2. Lubricate the moving parts of the gear with oil to maintain smooth movement. 3. It is not allowed to use air pump blowing to prevent dust from entering the bearing and affecting the accuracy of use. 4. If not in use for a long time, wipe the surface of the roller clean and spray anti rust oil on the surface to protect it from corrosion. 5.
