Product Overview

Mainly used for sample preparation in laboratory battery material research and development for cylindrical cells and capacitors, as well as scientific sealing, and can also be used for small batch trial production in factories. Optional other cylindrical cell crimping dies are available (e.g., 18650, 21700, 26650, 32650, etc.).

Driven by a pneumatic system, during the first and second crimping processes of the battery, alignment is achieved through movement on the slide rail, the battery sealing process is vibration-free; the precise die design ensures the accuracy and reliability of the sealing formation, and the sturdy steel structure design.
