The GN-VC-10H Laboratory Desktop Coating Machine is designed for laboratory-scale coating of battery electrode materials. The machine uses a precision adjustable film applicator and micrometer adjustment system to control coating thickness. A motorized push rod moves the applicator at a constant speed to achieve uniform slurry coating on the substrate.
It is especially suitable for laboratory preparation and testing of lithium battery positive and negative electrode materials.

The standard vacuum suction plate is 100 × 300 mm with 153 pores, and other sizes can be customized according to customer requirements.
The equipment can be used with argon or nitrogen at 0.5 - 0.8 MPa, or with 0.7 MPa compressed air. When used inside a glove box, compressed air is not recommended.
A viscometer can be optionally used to control slurry viscosity for more consistent coating results. After coating, a vacuum oven may be used for drying, while a roller press can be used to improve the contact between the coated electrode material and collector substrate.
